VALA Charter is a charter company founded in 1999. as a small, family-run business.

They started with a fleet of only several yachts, but in the past few years, they have grown into a respective and well-organized company.

How long have you been using NauSYS?

As a small family charter company, we joined NauSYS in 2011. So, we have been using NauSYS as our primary booking platform for more than 10 years, which itself says that we are extremely satisfied with both the service and the booking system. After using some other reservation systems, we decided to work exclusively with NauSYS primarily to avoid the synchronization problems we encountered between different platforms, and to make the entire reservation process safer and faster.

Why have you decided to become one of our Premium Fleet partners?

We decided to make NauSYS our primary system because the system is very simple and convenient to use, with a user-friendly interface. The ability to connect from anywhere, from any device and at any time allows us to respond quickly to client requests, which greatly speeds up the booking process itself and that has a positive effect on our business. Reservations are made in real-time so that the client can see the actual status of the free boat for selected dates. In addition to all of the above, the very good support of the NauSYS team makes our work much easier and faster in all segments.

What have you been able to achieve since using our booking system?

By using NauSYS through the entire booking process (creating offers, booking confirmations and concluding contracts with clients, as well as records of received advance payments and issuing invoices), our work is much faster and more productive.
In addition to the reservation list being very clear and easy to use, the advantages of using NauSYS are also reflected in the implementation, the ability to send reminders to clients for non-payment, fill in the crew list independently by the client, create offers according to market needs, the ability to flexibly determine discounts, as well as create various reports and statistics necessary for the business process.

What are the benefits that you find most valuable when using our booking system?

One of the most important factors why we really appreciate NauSYS is that NauSYS staff are always available for all our calls, queries and suggestions. The customer service team provides really fast and good support, they listen to feedback and have solutions for various customizable functions that we sometimes use.
