More Sailing is a Swedish sailing travel company founded in Gothenburg in 2009 by Einar Halldin and Malin Stom. What began as a one-week sailing holiday in Croatia with friends and family soon grew into something much bigger — driven by a simple idea: to make sailing accessible to everyone.

Today, More Sailing combines the roles of a tour operator and charter operator within one vertically integrated company. With its own yachts, bases and crews, the company manages the entire guest experience from start to finish.

More Sailing offers sailing experiences in Croatia, Greece, Italy, the Caribbean and Sweden, with its main destinations along the Dalmatian coast outside Split in Croatia and the Ionian Sea around Preveza and Lefkada in Greece, as well as the La Maddalena archipelago in Italy, the Caribbean during winter and the Swedish west coast in summer.

Its services include crewed sailing trips with skipper and host, bareboat charter, corporate sailing events, sailing courses, Atlantic crossings and charter management for yacht owners. The company operates a fleet of around 60 sailing yachts from its own bases in Croatia and Greece, supported by approximately 150 seasonal skippers and hosts and its headquarters team in Gothenburg.

One of More Sailing’s key strengths is its all-inclusive crewed sailing concept. With flights, transfers, skipper, host and meals on board included, sailing becomes accessible even to guests with no previous sailing experience. The company also offers themed departures for singles, families, 50+ groups and companies, creating a strong community of returning guests.

In recent years, More Sailing has continued to expand. In 2024, the company acquired Greek charter company Blue Eternal, which has since been fully integrated under the More Sailing brand. Guest numbers on crewed trips grew from around 1,800 in 2024 to nearly 2,900 in 2025, with more than 3,000 guests booked for the 2026 season.

With more than 15 years of experience and a 4.9 Google rating, More Sailing continues to develop its offering while investing in B2B distribution, loyalty programmes and increasingly data-driven operations.

“NauSYS runs our entire charter operation in Croatia and Greece in one place, but the real value for us is the open API. It feeds our BI and AI tools with live booking data, so we plan pricing, forecasting and the season ahead on facts instead of gut feeling. That's a system we can build on — and it's why we became a Premium Partner.”

Let us discover a bit more….
What motivated you to become a NauSYS Premium Partner?
NauSYS is the backbone of our charter operation, so becoming a Premium Partner was a natural step. We want a closer relationship with the team that builds our core system — earlier access to new features, a direct dialogue about our needs, and stronger visibility in the NauSYS agency network. We also share the same ambition: a more digital and more transparent charter industry.
Which NauSYS features or tools bring the greatest value to your business?
The reservation core and real-time agency distribution are the foundation. On top of that, we get great value from price-list management, which powers our dynamic pricing; from payment plans and reminders; from online crew lists; and from the booking statistics our finance team works with every week.
The biggest lever, however, is the API: we stream NauSYS data into our BI warehouse and let AI assistants benchmark our prices against the market, flag low-occupancy weeks, audit crew lists before arrival and update price lists automatically.
How has NauSYS improved your business and day-to-day operations?
It gives us a single source of truth for a fleet spread across two countries and many sales channels. Crew lists are digital, every payment is tracked against its plan, our accounting reconciliation runs on NauSYS reports, and repricing decisions that used to take days are now executed in minutes.
That automation frees our team to spend their time where it matters most — with our guests and our boat owners.
How do you see the future of the charter industry and the role of technology?
The industry is becoming a real-time business. Guests expect live availability, instant confirmation and transparent pricing, while operators need dynamic pricing and data-driven fleet decisions to stay profitable.
We believe AI will do for charter operations what central reservation systems once did — automating pricing, forecasting, administration and guest communication — and
that operators who build on open, connected platforms will pull ahead. That is exactly why we run our operation on NauSYS and invest heavily in our own data and AI capabilities.
What are you most looking forward to in your future cooperation with NauSYS?
Building even closer to the product. As a Premium Partner, we look forward to earlier access to new features, a direct dialogue about the roadmap, and continued development of the API — the foundation for everything we automate. We would also be glad to serve as a pilot partner for new data- and AI-related capabilities.
Thank you to the More Sailing team for sharing their story with us. We look forward to continuing our journey together as NauSYS Premium Partners.
