We are happy to welcome you as our Premium Partner! Can you tell us what motivated your decition to join NauSYS as your primary booking system?
The decision to join NauSYS as the main booking system was the result of our development strategy and the need to professionalise our fleet management processes and service for individual and business clients. As a company, Narejsy.pl Sp. z o.o., we specialise in the organisation of corporate events, team-building events and yacht charter, mainly from our base in Sol Marina in Gdansk, where we own five vessels. We were looking for a system that would not only integrate all booking channels in one place but also provide access to a global network of agents and clients. NauSYS attracted us with its reputation, clear interface, the possibility of full integration into our daily work and the status of a tool recognised as a professional standard in the industry. Particularly important to us was the system's openness to premium partnerships, which gives us additional tools to promote our yachts and increase our visibility among overseas clients.
In your experience, how has the NauSYS Professional package (backoffice solution) contributed to improving operational efficiency within your fleet management processes?
The implementation of NauSYS Professional has had a significant impact on streamlining our day-to-day operational activities. As the owner of a fleet of five yachts, serving both individual clients, charter agencies and companies interested in on-water events, we needed a tool that would allow us to transparently and automatically manage bookings, calendars, documentation, as well as communication with agents and end clients. The NauSYS Professional system provided us with centralised fleet management - from full control over yacht availability, to automating booking confirmations, to quickly creating quotes and generating charter documents. We save a lot of time that was previously spent on email correspondence, manual data entry or searching for information scattered across different systems and spreadsheets. From an organisational perspective, we have seen a marked increase in the efficiency of the team - response times to customer and agent enquiries have reduced, which has directly translated into a greater conversion of enquiries into actual bookings. Additionally, we have better control over the schedule, making it easier to avoid errors, double bookings or gaps in schedules. The system has become our daily working tool and it is now difficult to imagine the operation of the fleet without it.
Looking ahead, what are your expectations regarding future enhancements or features from NauSYS that would further benefit your fleet management operations?
From the perspective of a user actively using NauSYS Professional, we are looking with great interest at the direction of further developments in the system. We believe that the potential of NauSYS as a central platform for fleet management is huge, and that future upgrades can further improve our processes and increase our competitiveness in the market. We are pleased with the automation of operations - for example, the introduction of an advanced reminder and notification system for customers and crew (e.g., reminders for check-ins, mandatory documents, fees, etc.), but we are also looking forward to the development of a new system. As a company that also runs an event business, we would also be interested in a module that would allow easier management of complex group bookings, with several yachts.
