What inspired your decision to exclusively use NauSYS as your booking system and to join as a Premium Partner?

Horizon Yacht Charters has been a long-standing pillar of the BVI Charter industry and has been offering charters in this idyllic location since 1998. We have joined NauSYS to share the Horizon Experience with a wider audience and engage with previously difficult-to-reach markets through a valuable and professional broker network.

You are also utilizing our Professional package, which provides full access to our backoffice. Could you share which features have been most beneficial for your day-to-day business?

We’re at the early stages of launching the platform within our business but we’re extremely excited to utilize all of the features at hand.

Could you share your experience with the account setup process in NauSYS? How would you describe the communication with our sales and support teams?

We’ve had invaluable assistance from Mateo, Ivana and their wider team at NauSYS making the onboarding and setup process seamless and smooth. They have been on hand to provide rapid solutions to problems, to help with additional training and to answer specific development questions that have popped up through our time on the platform.
