Charter Zone’s core tools let your clients manage booking details, insert the crew list, upload documents, share arrival information, and more – all in one place. This makes check-ins at your base faster, smoother, and better organized, with fewer last-minute surprises. These essential features are available for free to all NauSYS professional package subscribers. More advanced features are available depending on your Premium Partnership status and BaseOps app usage. For more information read the “Key features” paragraph down below.

Validation of Greek fleets – Certificates of Nationality for Merchant Vessels

Certification Status

◦ If multiple companies offer the same yacht and each company holds the certificate of nationality for that yacht, it will be marked as “certified” with a blue tick.

◦ Any company that has not yet provided the certificate will have it marked with a gray tick and labeled as “pending.”


These blue and gray ticks will appear next to the yachts and providers names on the search results page while agents search for boats in the Agency portal.


Listing Priority Criteria, yachts are listed based on several factors in a specific order.

Certification Status: certificated yachts (with all companies holding the certificate) might be prioritized over pending ones

Final Price: listings are sorted from lowest to highest final price

Agency Commission: listings are sorted by agency commission from highest to lowest


Payment Rate Number

A new feature for tracking payment rates is enabled in NauSYS.

To see which payment installment is due next, go to Bookings – Payment Plan – Payment Rate Number.

For example, if the total number of installments is 3 and two payments have been made, the next payment due will be 3/3, indicating the third installment.

Multiple Options Cancellations

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use the new feature to select and cancel multiple options at once.

To be able to see and use this feature be sure that you are in the Yacht Reservations module.

Activate the Multiple Select Button:

Ensure the Multiple Select button is turned on. This will enable the ability to choose more than one option at a time.

Select Options:

Click on one option to highlight it. Then, press and hold the Ctrl key (or Cmd on Mac) on your keyboard. While holding down Ctrl, click on each additional option you want to select to cancel.

Cancel Selected Options:

After selecting all the options, go to the Actions menu. Click on Storno Selected Options to cancel all the options you’ve chosen.

RESERVATION TAGS

A new feature Reservation TAGS allows you to make TAGS on your bookings by yourself.

Its main purpose is to create custom categories for each booking, which results in a quicker and easier search.
