  • NauSYS™ is completely mobile friendly.
    You can use NauSYS™ from any device, whether it is your smartphone, tablet or PC.

  • How can I update my information on NauSYS™?

  • If you are a charter agency you can edit all of your information except the agency name, address and VAT number.
    If you wish to change one of above mentioned information please contact our support team at support@nausys.com. If you are a fleet provider please contact our support team for any changes in your account.

  • What does the activation process look like for a fleet provider?

  • After we implement all of your data into the system, you have to insert all of your options and fix reservations into NauSYS™ to keep your booking sheet up to date. Once we activate you in the system, you will become visible to all of our agents at the NauSYS™ agency portal.

  • Which internet browser is optimal for using NauSYS™?

  • The most suitable browsers, in our experience, would be “Google Chrome” or “Mozilla Firefox”.

  • What is the difference between option and fix booking?

  • As an agent, you have a possibility to option the boat for a specific amount of days (defined by the fleet operator) until the guest decides to book a boat.
    Once the option is confirmed by the guest, it becomes a fix booking.
